The course offers multiple levels, starting from Practitioner and progressing to Co-Creator, with the highest level, Coach, being exclusive to IBM employees.

Each course completion earns you a badge and substantial learning. In addition to core skills, badges can also be earned for Design Thinking in AI applications and Sustainable Design Thinking.

The website provides useful resources, including toolkits filled with activities to apply design thinking and make informed design decisions.
