Pelican is developed to make planning, design, development, and maintenance efforts more thorough and efficient. Louisiana’s digital teams will use a shared visual language, common code patterns, and industry best practices to solve problems quicker. As more teams are onboarded, it helps to reuse our work and even create new reusables for future challenges.
