I tested the feature by exporting pdf with high, medium and low quality. The quality of pdf was not much hampered but the size was reduced drastically.
PDF sizes:
- High - 8.8MB
- Medium - 4.04 MB
- Low- 3.60 MB
I used was of 7 pages with text, vectors, and images.
Previously, I was using online PDF compressors to reduce the exported PDFs but I guess now I will just export it in low quality and it should work.
Overall, a good features for those who make presenrtations and pdfs in figma..
